Our UltraLife shell of Dimension One Spas is has been known to be giving a lifetime warranty against any leakage. This in itself makes you prefer us over other brands because it’s just a matter of one time investment and then you can rely on us for the lifetime. The coloured shell has a warranty against any type of blistering or leakage for a period of 5 years. Dimension One Spas also offers you warranty of three years for the pipelines that shall not leak in any time within this time period. All the equipments installed, for example the heater and pump also have a warranty for a time period of about three years. And under the claim of this warranty you may be allowed to replace your hot tub or get it repaired. The hot tub may not be valid to claim warranty in case if the tub is left empty in the direct sunlight. In such case the harmful ultraviolet rays of the sun may have a damaging affect.
